Yandex Go — taxi and delivery App Reviews

The driver in Sochi charged 200rub more than the app showed. I contacted support on October 8 with no reply from the developer. Also i ordered a taxi in Moscow on October 7 and it was not delivered. I had to call them myself because the app didnt function at all. I almost missed my plane. No reply from the developer on my second issue as well.

Prices are very high, but service is very poor. Two times used yandex and both was negative experience: first time Ive got my taxy BUSINESS CLASS - !!!!Peugeot 307 car!!! only in 45 minutes, second price was 500 rubles more that app shows. Switch up to gett or uber.

Company Yandex.Taxi is not responsible for their drivers! A few days ago, I forgot my iphone in a taxi. The driver did not give it to me - he stole it from me! The call center answered me rudely that I myself understood with the driver. Very poor service! It is better to make an order in Uber or Gett.
