Yandex Go — taxi and delivery App Reviews

Great app but hard to operate for non Russian speakers.

Works - as long as used inside the city and are “long enough” - from a drivers view. For trips which are short or to the airport often problems with the drivers occur: they ask for more money. Yandex service quality for complains on this has shown to me, that they don’t care. I deleted the app, there are others which provide same service and less issues with drivers.

It looks like a bug or system load, but recently the app is not reliable anymore with the above error popping out when I try to get a cab on time.. Frustrating

In Moscow it works very well, in St. Petersburg very bad!

This taxi is so slow, i was waiting for 30 min till my taxi arrived. Drivers need learn how to talk with passengers...

I stayed at nice hotel. And once asked the hotel to book me an "external" taxi, to go to work. The trip was RUB1000. Using this app. Same destination cost varied according to time and was u the range of 340-570. And all drivers were great, one rally driver (or at least he drove like one, but were in Moscow for gods sake, so its Normal) What a pleasant surprise. I can also ask for driver who does not smoke and has a receipt in the options. Other options are available too such as pet transfer or child chair etc. Tomorrow I go to the airport. Hotel car quote RUB 5700. This app I can book for tomorrow same time I need to move 13:00 and it quotes Rub1200. Amazing. Its very reliable, and I love it ...... Update. I read some reviews advertising other "WHAT!" apps like "gett". Everyone knows about uber at least they try. See for yourself and be the judge. Secondly I believe supporting local businesses and people whenever possible, thats their livelihood. Its only decent.

First time in use! It is terrible. Was not able to find a taxi!

I couldnt get a taxi multiple times. Uber is much more better

I was really fun of YT, but some times ago noticed that its impossible to order taxi in desired time, only "just now " or in 10 or 15 minutes... Its not convenient at all. Ill use another services if I need to book in one hour....

Location mapping works poor in Georgia, Tbilisi. Always mistaken with street definition

YANDEX HOSTS PORNOGRAHY SITES THAT HACKED INTO MY SOCIAL NETWORK ACCOUNT AND USED MY REAL NAME TO LIKE THEIR PAGE... NOW ITS ALL OVER SEARCH ENGINES...CONTACTED YANDEX AND GOT NO RESPONSE. IF YOU WANT YOUR PRIVACY VIOLATED... USE A YANDEX APP!!!

This is the only app youll need for getting a cab in Moscow. I tried a couple of others, they arent even close.

Works like a charm anywhere in Moscow and Moscow region.

Its not clear why I cant just name the max price I can afford for the trip, having instead to crawl trough endless lists of cab companies to check their prices.

Dont bother unless you speak Russian

Great service for getting a taxi in Russia. Cheap, fast and reliable. And I was able to add my credit card to pay for my ride.
